Pumpkin Butter

INGREDIENTS:

3 c Pumpkin Puree
1/2 c Organic pure cane sugar
1/4 c organic maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp allspice

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan
Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring often, until the pumpkin has become caramlized


**You can put this in jars or other container. In the refrigerator it will last for about a week. You can also freeze it to keep longer.
