Pumpkin Brownies

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. Allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups pumpkin puree
1/2 cup Salted Carmel chips

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray or use Brownie Pan and spray well.


In medium bowl mix together, flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, butter, coconut oil,egg, vanilla. Add the pumpkin and mix will. Add the flour mixture and fold into the pumpkin mixture. Last by hand fold in the Salted Carmel chips.


Pour the mixture into prepared pan or pour about 1/4 cup mixture into each brownie square. Sprinkle top of mixture with sugar/ cinnamon. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center has just a few crumbs on it. Cool completely and cut into squares or if using brownie pan just lift each brownie out.
